Returns are accepted within 2 days from the shipped date. Items must be new and not worn. If you wear an item and return it, we will simply ship it back to you. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
To start the return process, please send the item to the below address accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt. Please allow two weeks for process and handling. Egrem USA will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Egrem USA must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may not be returned or exchanged in person at any Egrem location or Egrem USA Pop-up Shop. T-Shirts, Hats, Bags, Accessories, Shoes or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Egrem USA does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Egrem USA.
