Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. Starting 2019: All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex, or USPS. All shipments for 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped UPS or FedEx. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.
Fed Ex and UPS shipping time is 5-10 days to the east coast and about 5 days in Southern California. You can call 1-800-463-3339 or check FedEx.com to check on shipping time for your area. We ship from Los Angeles, CA, 91311.
We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS.
International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to.
We currently offers free shipping for all domestic orders inside the United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). We also offer free shipping with signature required for $4.75 flat on US orders over $49.95
At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A. and Canada. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and USPS. The shipping rate to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $10 unless otherwise. The shipping rate to Alaska and Hawaii is $25. Orders for Canada are charged a flat rate $20 fee for UPS or USPS expedited shipping and a Canadian Surcharge to cover all GST, HST, Duty and Canadian customers will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. Please note that UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note that if unless otherwise your items are shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking number emails. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All international orders will be shipped USPS or Fed Ex International unless otherwise requested.
All packages will have tracking information available.
All duties / customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
Your entire order will ship together when all items in your order are available to ship. The items you order will be put on hold for you until your last pre-ordered item is released.
Pre-orders will not ship separately from the rest of your order. To have in-stock items ship separately from pre-orders, place separate orders for pre-order items.
EGREM USA does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 14 days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
